Remote Consultancy is useful where you already have a project signed-off or underway, and you need extra resources or specialist resources to deliver milestones. Remote Consulting is especially useful in less populated regions of the world or those will a less developed technical industry. In such regions skills will be hard to come by, and as such Remote Consulting is a cheaper alternative to Local Consulting as it does not require the TeCS consultant to relocate for the duration of the project.
A further advantage of Remote Consultancy over Local consultancy is the fact that the TeCS consultant wastes no time having to travel, apply for work visas, etc, etc, or pass on the associated costs to you.
